Laboratory validation

How do you check AI predictions about biology?
Owkin uses K Pro to inform our ongoing work in selected research areas. When K Pro makes an interesting prediction about new biology, we test that prediction in our wet lab.
The results tell us if K Pro is providing the level of biological insight we need and the data can be fed back into K Pro to improve its future responses.
Asset identification
Laboratory validation drives our asset pipeline

K Pro mapped PGE2/PGD2 and DP1 pathway crosstalk in weeks to enable first-in-human clinical trial design of a new molecule.
Lab validation lead to adoption of OKN4395, a first-in-class EP2/EP4/DP1 triple inhibitor, now in Phase 1a clinical trial.

Solid tumors are hard to hit with ADCs. K Pro's ADC tools optimized the design of a bispecific ADC for sharpened tumor targeting.
Lab validation lead to adoption of OKN3201, a potential first-in-class bispecific ADC for solid tumors.
