Agentic AI in pharma is rapidly moving from pilots to real-world impact, accelerating key steps such as data harmonization, hypothesis iteration and validation, biomarker discovery, and clinical trial optimization, all with strong guardrails and human oversight. At Owkin, this maturity is further advanced because our agents are grounded in high-quality multimodal data and deep biological context, enabling stronger grounding, clearer reasoning, and more trustworthy recommendations.
For each K Pro user, only the chat history is stored in the database, and it is always linked to that user and their organization. Access is restricted to the authenticated user alone. The database is a managed RDS instance within Owkin’s AWS account and can only be accessed by the backend service that requires it, through a secure service account and strict network policies.
Yes, your data can be integrated into the K Pro tool. To ensure data compatibility with K Pro, there are two options: clients can prepare datasets following our provided documentation, or our internal teams can handle the data preparation process. We utilize diverse pipelines, models, and expertise that the Owkin team has developed over the years to support various data modalities across multiple therapeutic areas. To maintain quality standards and data integrity, autonomous data uploads to K Pro are not currently available. However, we are actively developing this capability with a strong emphasis on data quality assurance and interoperability.
Strategic working sessions where Owkin goes in-house with pharma teams to explore how multimodal data and agentic AI can unlock new insights, break down translational research barriers and optimize clinical trials. The goal is to apply K-Pro to real-world challenges and rapidly uncover high-value opportunities.
Yes, K Pro enables you to explore multimodal datasets from the Owkin patient data catalog and integrate them into your project according to your research needs. These datasets cover a range of modalities (bulk, single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, WES) as well as multiple therapeutic areas, including Oncology, Immunology & Inflammation, Cardiovascular, and Neurodegenerative diseases.
