Can I use K-Pro with my own data?

Yes, your data can be integrated into the K Pro tool. To ensure data compatibility with K Pro, there are two options: clients can prepare datasets following our provided documentation, or our internal teams can handle the data preparation process. We utilize diverse pipelines, models, and expertise that the Owkin team has developed over the years to support various data modalities across multiple therapeutic areas. To maintain quality standards and data integrity, autonomous data uploads to K Pro are not currently available. However, we are actively developing this capability with a strong emphasis on data quality assurance and interoperability.
