You have two easy options if you wish to report an issue with K-Navigator:

  1. Submit a request via our Help Center for technical issues or questions.
  2. Share feedback on the tool via survey . You can do that anytime through our in-app survey (look for the blue 'open survey' button on the right side of your chat interface).
